Heartland Agency’s Full Day Kindergarten program is both licensed and accredited. It is a 5-day per week program that is ideal for families who are looking for a full day option to support their child’s learning, as well as support the needs of working families.
Full Day Kindergarten
Led by a certified teacher and following Alberta Education’s kindergarten curriculum, Heartland’s licensed and accredited Full Day Kindergarten program runs from 9:00 AM-3:30 PM. Incorporated into the day is also an hour and a half lunch supervision program running from 11:30 AM-1:00 PM. In addition, the Full Day Kindergarten program can be accompanied by the following optional daily components if required:
- Before care: 7:00-9:00 AM
- Extended programming: 3:30-6:00 PM
